Our pieces are designed to be lived with and loved for years to come. A little thoughtful care will help preserve their beauty, character and quality.

Wool Care

Wool is naturally resilient and does not require frequent washing. Air your blanket regularly and spot clean where possible using cool water and a mild wool detergent.

For a full clean, professional dry cleaning is recommended. Alternatively, hand wash gently in cold water using a specialist wool detergent. Do not rub, wring or twist. Reshape while damp and dry flat at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not bleach or tumble dry.

Light pilling may occur naturally with use and is not a fault. Remove loose fibres gently with a wool comb or fabric shaver. Store clean and folded in our linen case.

Cashmere Care

Cashmere is a delicate natural fibre that becomes softer with time and thoughtful care. Air between uses and spot clean where possible.

For a full clean, professional dry cleaning is recommended. Alternatively, hand wash gently in cold water using a specialist cashmere detergent. Rinse carefully without rubbing, twisting or wringing.

Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not bleach or tumble dry. If required, press lightly with a cool iron using a damp cloth.

Light pilling is a natural characteristic of cashmere and may be removed gently with a cashmere comb. Store clean and folded in our linen case.

Candle Etiquette

On the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. Thereafter, burn for two to three hours at a time and trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use.

Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from draughts, children, pets and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended or move it while lit.

Allow the vessel and wax to cool completely before handling or relighting. Discontinue use when approximately 10 mm of wax remains at the base.
