All orders ship with tracked couriers. Ireland 1–2 working days, UK 2–3, Europe 3–4, United States 3–5, rest of world 5–8. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Used candles cannot be returned unless faulty.
Yes — choose your gift option on the product page. A discreet gift receipt is included, and the recipient may request an exchange or store credit within the standard return window.
Dry clean only. Air regularly to refresh the natural fibre and store folded in the linen bag provided when not in use.
